It might be the right time for a transformation of consciousness in the year.
During the time of shift, many people are hearing an inner call to STEP into a higher version of who they are.
They are Awakening.
When we awaken, it marks the beginning of a transformative period, a time of unraveling, renewal, and potentially rapid growth in understanding who we are and our purpose, value, and place in our life.
True transformation is a marked change from the status quo. And the way of transformation invites us and all those we serve to commit to living differently—less from the ego and more from the presence, inner being, and our authentic Self.
We all want to have a better way of living. The 10-stages model for recovery and healing has helped people of different ages and genders live healthier, happier, more intimately connected lives. It combines hypnosis, astrology, art therapy, psychology, coaching, meditation, physical exercise, and different healing techniques in one model.
The 10-Stages Journey is about identifying what is not working in our lives and making changes to better both ourselves and our relationships.
The 10-Stages Journey
- Explore Your Self-Potential – The stage helps you to explore your self-awareness, physical body, personality, appearance, personal views on life, self-identity, self-image, early environment, and beginnings; how we initiate, and how we’re impulsive. Your ego, the inner you, your essence, the unchanging part of you – the calm, steady, deep, and lasting force felt within you, enabling you to exert willpower, make decisions and direct all the other parts of your life. It is the start of your portrait. Your fundamental character, your core.
- Your Attitude towards Money and Possessions – The stage shows what you value, your hidden talents, your sense of self-worth, and self-esteem (how you value yourself). It also helps you to explore and change your attitude towards wealth and material possessions, and your potential for accumulating it/them.
- Your Style of Communication – The stage reflects your capacity to collect, sort, and communicate the knowledge you gain through your experiences and your senses. It reflects the way you see, hear, understand, and assimilate information. The positive manifestations include clever speech, eloquence, persuasiveness, success with public speaking, and a sharp, quick mind. The more negative manifestations include restlessness, and a tendency to be critical, sarcastic, argumentative, and sly. It will show your style and preferences for communicating and learning.
- Home and Family: Explore your inner emotional security – The stage helps you to explore your home life, emotions, subconscious, and relationship with your parents. It represents your emotional nature and instinctive reactions – emotional responses based on past experiences and unconscious habit patterns that you have developed. It shows your inner core, which feels hate, jealousy, fear, and has fantasies that you often deny even to yourself. It shows the area of life where you tend to be the most emotional, and where you often experience changing conditions.
- Love and Affection: How you express yourself in personal relationships – The stage helps you to explore your romance, dating, love affairs, sexual relationship style, and your capacity to express affection. It defines the type of people you draw to yourself, based on your social values. It is including what kind of sex appeal you possess, love affairs, and affection. What kind of lovers do you attract? Are you flirtatious? Do you find happiness in your love affairs, or are you often disappointed? How you express yourself in personal relationships, especially in love and marriage.
- Health and physical sickness: how you treat your body – The stage helps you to acquire a wide range of technical skills that enable you to come up with marvelous strategies and inventive solutions for dealing with the increasing pressures that society places on you. This principle of ingenuity lives on in that part of ourselves that ever seeks new ways to solve practical problems and cope with everyday responsibilities.
- Marriage and Relationships: the way you relate to your partner – The stage shows your manner of relating. It also gives clues to issues that arise in your relationships and how you can resolve them.
- Death, transformation, and healing – Those in our lives who are dying, or who have died, teach us about the value of living. They remind us not to take our lives for granted, but to live each moment of life to its fullest, and to remember that our own small lives form a part of a greater whole. You may experience dramatic crises or have to endure terrible suffering, but for the purpose of healing. Death and losses tear down only to transform and regenerate what has been destroyed. This workshop helps you to explore your fear, emotional resistance, and overall transcendence.
- Psychology of success – Explore your ambition, career, authority, hierarchy, sense of duty, discipline, responsibility, and physical and emotional endurance during hardships. Where is the area you have lessons to learn? But this is where your disciplined hard work will lead to genuinely earned, long-lasting success. It gives clues to the kind of work for which you are suited and the kind of career you are likely to pursue.
- From self-realization to liberty – The stage helps you to find your hopes, goals, ambitions, wishes, and humanitarian interests, the unconscious urge to become aware of your true inner individuality. It is your intuition awakening you to a world beyond our social structure. It encourages changes when the usefulness of the old is gone and something newer, something higher and better is ready to take its place. True to yourself.
